STEM Atlanta Women was founded by human resources business professional and technology guru Maxine Cain, an Atlanta native. The non-profit offers master classes, tech labs, hack-a-thons, conferences, entrepreneurial training, and other career prep opportunities to girls, women, and minorities in under-represented communities. STEM integrates science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications.
